Happy Year of the Earth Ox! Today is the first day of the Chinese New Year. That means that our little girl will be born in this year which is a sign of prosperity through fortitude and hard work. I remember eating at a Chinese restaurant in Heber when Jessica and I were dating, and I think that Jessica may have also been born in the year of the Ox, but I may be wrong. That makes me think of how weird those orange flavored fortune cookies were.
